Sprinkle chicken breast with Vegeta Natur for chicken and add oil. Marinate about 10 minutes, and then place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle with a little rosemary and bake about 30 minutes at 200°C until skin is crispy.
Peel new potatoes, if potatoes are larger, cut into smaller pieces.
Fry bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove from pan, and add butter and olive oil to pan. Once heated, add potatoes and fry until golden.
Add peas, basil, salt, pepper and a little water. Cover and sauté about 15 minutes, until vegetables are softened.
When done, sprinkle with bacon bits and chopped parsley.
Serve juicy chicken with aromatic vegetables.
Instead of chicken breast, you can prepare this dish with legs or thighs, or a whole chopped chicken.
