Brown sliced onion and stripped pepper on olive oil.
Add pine nuts, sliced zucchini and Vegeta. Stir and stew covered over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Very briefly boil vinegar, sugar and water, pour over zucchini and stir.
Place zucchini in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
Sprinkle baked zucchini with chopped dill and serve as side dish with hamburgers or grilled steak.
Baked zucchini can be refrigerated for a couple of days.
