Place Vegeta Natur vegetable bouillon cube in hot water with beef and bring to the boil. Lower heat and cook until meat is tender.
Peel horseradish and grate. Add in the broth from the soup. Add grated apples, salt, vinegar and sugar, and cook briefly.
Serve with boiled beef and corn bread.
