For salsa put onion, garlic, peeled tomato, olive oil, vinegar, Tobasco, salt, parsley and pepper in electric chopper and finely chop all ingredients.
Put salsa in serving dish and let cool.
Sprinkle beefsteaks with Vegeta and brown both sides in heated oil for a few minutes.
Serve warm beefsteaks with prepared salsa and cooked peas.
