On a greased baking pan place a day old cubed bread rolls and leave in the oven until they get a golden yellow colour.
Scramble the eggs, add Vegeta, milk, parsley and mix with dried bread roll cubes. Let the mixture stand for about 20 minutes.
Form a roll out of the prepared mixture, place it in the napkin previously sprinkled with bread crumbs and wrap it. Tie the ends of the napkin with a string. Cook in salted boiling water for about 30 minutes.
When cooked, drain, cut and serve with meat dishes with a sauce.
You can form balls out of this mixture, it will shorten the preparation time.
This meal can be frozen
Freezing: Prepare the dish all the way and chill. Remove the cooked dumplings from the napkin, wrap in a plastic foil and freeze.
Unfreezing: Thaw the dumplings at room temperature for about 2 hours. Cut them in slices and heat over steam.
