Preparation

Drizzle lemon juice and spread Vegeta Fish no MSG added over carp filets. Filets turn to coat in a flour, whisked eggs and bread crumbs.

Fry prepared carp filets in the preheated oil around 5 minutes until they get golden yellow colour.

Cut potatoes in quarters, cook in salty water, drain and add oil.

Sprinkle breaded carp filets and potatoes with cut parsley, chives, dill and celery.
Serving
Serve the breaded carp with potatoes warm and with a salad to your liking.
Advice
Carp filets gently turn to coat with bread crubs and fry in the hot deep oil.
