Fry sliced onion in remaining oil, then add marinated chicken and remainder of marinade. Fry until chicken is golden, then add cubed tomatoes and sliced peppers. Sauté about 15 minutes until vegetable are softened.
Heat tortillas in a dry pan.
Mix sour cream and mayonnaise together well.
In each prepared tortilla, spoon some of the prepared meat mixture, sugar corn and yogurt and mayonnaise sauce
Roll tortilla and serve immediately.
If desired add green lettuce to each tortilla (crystal, butter, endive, lamb’s ear, etc).
