Preparation

Finely slice cabbage, radishes and onions.

Boil eggs in slightly salted water for 10 minutes. Cool eggs, then peel and slice.

Mix Vegeta Nature for salad with olive oil and vinegar.

Mix together prepared vegetables and eggs, add dressing of oil, vinegar and Vegeta Natur for salad, and toss lightly.
Serving
Serve with croutons or toasted bread cubes.
Advice
Sprinkle bread cubes with olive oil to make them even tastier.
