Crispy potatoes

  • 2 kg potatoes
  • 1 packet Vegeta Natur for crispy potatoes
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil


  1. 1.
    Wash potatoes, peel and slice.
  2. 2.
    Place potatoes into boiling water, reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes. Drain.
  3. 3.
    Pour oil into a baking pan and place pan in oven preheated to 200°C to heat oil.
  4. 4.
    After several minutes, remove baking pan, add potatoes and spread into an even layer, and sprinkle with Vegeta Natur for crispy potatoes. Mix well and return to oven.
  5. 5.
    Bake until potatoes are crispy and golden.


Serve with baked meat, fish or with a salad.


Since they are preboiled, potatoes will be so soft and juicy inside, and crispy on the outside.
