Put the ground veal, ground beef and Vegeta marinade in a bowl and mix thoroughly by hand. Make four fairly thick patties from the mixture (about 3 cm thick) and let them sit for about 30 minutes. Smear the patties with olive oil and grill for about four minutes on each side. Slightly grill the sliced pancetta as well.
Put the meat in the buns and then place the cheese on top of the meat.
Put 3 slices of grilled pancetta in each bun and cover with the top part of the bun smeared with mayonnaise.
Serve with fries.
When the meat for the patty is done, you can wrap it in clear foil and let it sit for an hour for better flavour.
