Preparation

Sprinkle fish fillets with Vegeta Natur for fish.

Cut baking paper into 4 squares, each 40 x 40 cm and baste with olive oil.

Place prepared fish fillet on paper, and placed sliced lemons and halved cherry tomatoes on fish. Drizzle with olive oil and bring edges of paper together to close the packet.

Repeat to make four packets.

Place prepared packets onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 220°C.
Serving
Serve fish with boiled potatoes sprinkled with chopped parsley and drizzled with olive oil.
Advice
You can also sprinkle the fish with a little white wine before closing the paper packets.
