Preparation

Wash potatoes well, slice in half lengthwise and dry.

Place potatoes cut side up on a larger baking tray lined with baking paper, sprinkle with oil.

Bake at 220°C about 1 hour, until golden.

Once baked, sprinkle potatoes with Vegeta Natur for crispy potatoes and stir to coat with seasoning.

Let potatoes stand a while. During that time, mix together cheese, lemon juice, crushed garlic, chives and a little salt. Stir well.
Serving
Place one teaspoon of the cheese mixture onto each potato and serve.
Advice
You can also add some chilli powder to the cheese topping.
