Grilled chicken breasts

  • 4 large chicken breast filets (4x 200 g)
  • 1 Vegeta Grill piquant poultry 30 g
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 50 ml oilve oil
  • Podravka relish hot


  1. 1.
    Trim the chicken breast fillets, rinse and pat-dry with paper towels. Rub Vegeta Grill piquant poultry into the chicken and allow to rest for about 30 minutes.

    Grill the marinated chicken or fry in a griddle pan on all sides.
  3. 3.
    When done, brush with a mixture of chopped parsley, finely minced spring onions, olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. 4.
    To add an exciting flavour, serve with a spoonful of hot relish.


Brushing grilled chicken with olive oil infused with parsley, garlic and lemon juice will seal the pores and keep the chicken juicy.
