Clean cuttlefish, wash and wipe dry with paper towel. Put tomatoes cut in quarters and pitted olives in a bowl. Peel the cucumbers half way, clean away the seeds, slice and add to the tomatoes.
Heat the grill well, smear with oil and place cuttlefish. Grill on both sides for 3-4 minutes, remove from grill, sprinkle with Vegeta and add tomatoes and cucumbers.
Mix olive oil and crushed garlic, parsley, orange and lemon juice.
Season the cut vegetables and grilled cuttlefish with dressing and serve.
Do not grill the cuttlefish too long so they are not tough.
