Preparation

Sprinkle Vegeta Grill BBQ meat on the fillets and leave to rest for about 30 minutes.

Grill on medium heat, flipping from time to time and basting with beer until the pork neck fillets are done and golden brown.

Remove from the grill and slice, drizzle over with oil, cover and rest before serving to allow all the flavours to blend.
Serving
Serve with grilled vegetables.
Advice
Put 1-2 sprigs of rosemary on hot coals to make the pork even more aromatic. Make sure to cut through the thin sinew with a sharp knife to prevent the meat from shrinking.
