Preparation

Mix half the packet of Vegeta Grill spicy with the olive oil, and rub this mixture into the meat.

Soften butter at room temperature. Once soft, add remainder of Vegeta and mix well.

Grill prepared pork chops on the grill and baste with butter during grilling.
Serving
Serve with roasted potatoes and an arugula and tomato salad.
Advice
You can also shape the butter into a roll and wrap in aluminium foil, place in the fridge to cool. Serve slices on hot pork chops.
