Grilled pork neck

  • 1 kg pork neck cutlets
  • 1 Vegeta Grill for pork neck (30 g)
  • 60 ml red wine
  • 30 ml oil
  • Summer salad:
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 Spanish onion
  • salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Vegeta Maestro basil


  1. 1.
    Pound pork neck cutlets until thin. Sprinkle with Vegeta Grill for pork neck. Pour red wine and oil over cutlets, and leave to marinate about 30 minutes.

    Grill cutlets on a hot grill over low heat, occasionally turning until meat has a nice colour.
  3. 3.
    When cooked through, immediately remove from heat, place into a pan and cover until serving (about 5 minutes).
  4. 4.
    Slice vegetables for salad, add dressing of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and basil.


Serve hot cutlets with mushrooms and salad.


This dish can also be prepared in a grill pan that does not need any additional oil.
