Preparation

Cook pasta in salted water and drain, and rinse under cold water.

Fry shrimp tails in a little oil in a pan.

Add pasta to shrimp. Add halved cherry tomatoes, sliced onions, cubed green peppers and sliced olives.

Prepare dressing from olive oil, apple cider vinegar and Vegeta Natur for salad. Pour over salad and stir well.

Add slice and cubed avocado and cottage cheese.
Serving
Serve immediately as a meal or snack.
Advice
Salad components can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge, and combined before serving with dressing.
