Pan Lasagne

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 g onion
  • 500 g ground meat
  • 2 teaspoons Vegeta Natur universal
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 100 ml water
  • tin Podravka Pelati tomatoes (400 g)
  • 1 teaspoon Vegeta Maestro oregano
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 60 g parmesan
  • 6 lasagne noodles
  • ½ teaspoon Vegeta Maestro ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Vegeta Maestro nutmeg


  1. 1.
    In a wide pan, fry finely chopped onion in hot oil. Add meat, sprinkle with Vegeta Natur universal and fry until meat is golden.
  2. 2.
    Dip lasagne noodles into the meat sauce, cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.


Serve immediately with a green salad.


You can break up lasagne noodles before putting them in the meat sauce, or you can use broad egg noodles instead.
