Put unpeeled potatoes into hot water and cook 5 to10 minutes.
Drain, cool down, peel and grate it.
Add Vegeta Natur, eggs, olive oil, flour, green onions and marjoram to potatoes, and all stir well.
Take fritters, one by one by a spoon, and put in the hot oil. Form fritters and fry each side 4 to 5 minutes.
Fried fritters put on an absorbing paper towel. In the same skillet fry a bacon.
On each fried fritter put a teaspoon of cheese spread, fried bacon, sprinkle with chopped chives and serve warm with a lettuce salad.
Along with potato fritters, you may in the same skillet fry smoked bacon.
