Preparation

Peel the potatoes, grate finely and drain.

Add flour, milk and salami cut into thin strips.

Stir in scrambled eggs, some salt, pepper, chopped parsley, pressed garlic and Vegeta. Add mineral water in the end.

Add some oil into the pan and spread the prepared mixture evenly in the shape of a pancake. Bake the pancakes on both sides until they get golden yellow colour.
Serving
These tasty potato pancakes (palacke) you can serve with various salads or sautéed cabbage in winter periods.
Advice
In the Slovak cuisine it is accustomed to prepare these kinds of pancakes and stuff them with different kinds of finely chopped sautéed meat, but in that case you will prepare them without ham.
Little secret
In the beginning fry the pastry on lower temperatures and increase as necessary.
