Preparation

Cook rice and stir in chopped parsley.

Wash and slice shiitake mushrooms. Fry onion and shiitake mushrooms in olive oil, add pepper and sauté until all liquid boils down.

Then add crushed garlic, lemon juice, Vegeta and cooking cream. Boil briefly altogether.
Serving
Serve shiitake sauce with cooked rice and lettuce.
Advice
Any kind of mushrooms can be used for preparing this sauce.
