Spicy grilled patties

  • 1 kg ground meat (pork and beef)
  • 50 g onion
  • 1 packet Vegeta Grill spicy (30 g)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 50 ml dry white wine
  • 100 g kajmak (unripened cream)
  • Roasted potatoes as a side dish


  1. 1.
    Place ground meat in a bowl, add finely chopped onion, Vegeta Grill spicy, oil and wine. Mix well and leave about 30 minutes.
  2. 2.
    Shape mixture into patties and fry on a hot grill (or grill pan) about 5 minutes on each side.


Place a teaspoon of kajmak cream onto each patty and serve with roasted potatoes, salad or spring onions.


Podravka Ajvar relish is an excellent accompaniment to these patties.
