Clean and wash mussels.
Sauté squeezed garlic, bread crumbs, parsley, wine, Vegeta and pepper in olive oil.
Add mussels, cover and steam until they are opened.
Serve with white bread.
When buying mussels please pay attention to their freshness, that is, that they are firmly closed. Mussels that are opened in their uncooked state are not fresh and are surely not recommendable for consumation.
