Wash potatoes in the skin and cook it in salted water about 20 minutes.
Drain and leave to cool.
Peel cooled potatoes, slice into large pieces, add Vegeta Natur for potatoes, 2 tablespoons olive oil and stir.
Shape into patties and fry in oil on a hot pan until golden on both sides.
Potatoes should be about the same size to ensure they cook evenly. Cooking time will depend on the size of the potatoes.
