Preparation

Beat slightly turkey filets, spread over Vegeta Twist for chicken and leave to stand for about 30 minutes.

Melt butter and olive oil in a wider saucepan, put in marinated filets and sauté on each side for 7 to 8 minutes.

Mince dry tomatoes, garlic and fresh basil in an electric food processor.

Remove the pan with filets from the heat. Each filet brush with the mixture of dry tomatoes putting on top a slice of fresh tomato and mozzarella.

Return the pan with filets back to the heat, cover and continue to sauté filets for another 5 minutes (until cheese melts).
Serving
So prepared turkey you may put on warm toast and serve as a finger food. Roasttoast in a toaster or in a pan. On each warm toast put prepared turkey filet, cut into small pieces and serve with lettuce salad.
Advice
During the cooking time, if it is needed, pour under a little water.
